Provider FAQ
Submit the request access form with your practice details. After review, the Vediagnostics team will email you a secure invitation to activate your account.
Use the Sign in button to open the secure provider login. Invited providers can use their email and password, or Google sign-in when it is configured for the same invited email address.
Sign in to the provider portal, select or create a patient, and start a new order. Orders and patient information are not submitted through this public page.
Licensed providers and authorized practice representatives may request access. Accounts are invite-only and activated after Vediagnostics reviews the practice information.
