Provider FAQ
Yes. Select “Request a test / order” to submit a preliminary order with patient details, test selection, specimen type, and ICD-10 codes. Our team will follow up until the full provider portal is live.
After you register or request portal access, our team will contact you when secure sign-in is available. Use “Portal access when ready” if you are already a partner.
Preliminary orders are reviewed by Vediagnostics before processing. Full order tracking and requisition PDF generation will be available in the provider portal.
Digital signatures for requisitions will be captured in the secure provider portal at launch—not on this interim request form.
